1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RealEstatePost platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

RealEstatePost reserves the right to update and change these Terms from time to time without notice. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Service Description

RealEstatePost is an AI-powered platform that generates professional video content for real estate properties. Users can input property data and our system will generate videos using artificial intelligence.

The Service operates on a token-based system where one token equals one video generation. Tokens are purchased and never expire. We do not offer any guarantees regarding video quality or generation times, though we strive to deliver the highest quality output within our stated processing times.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account on RealEstatePost, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Service. Specifically, but without limitation, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the Service or its servers and networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

4. Payment and Billing

Payment for token packages is processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By purchasing tokens, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

All prices are in USD and are subject to applicable taxes where required by law. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase. Pricing may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Changes to pricing will take effect with future purchases. If you have any billing questions, please contact support@realestate post.com.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for unused tokens. Tokens are considered "used" once they have been applied to generate a video, even if that video fails or is deleted.

To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will review your request and process refunds to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Tokens that have been used to generate videos
• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
• Duplicate charges (contact support instead)

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by RealEstatePost, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any property data you input into the Service. By using RealEstatePost to generate videos, you grant us the right to use the property data you provide solely for the purpose of generating your videos.

Videos generated through RealEstatePost are owned by you and may be used for commercial purposes, including real estate marketing and sales.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REALESTATE POST, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The total liability of RealEstatePost for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the tokens in question or $100, whichever is less.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including if you breach any provision of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account or access to the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

RealEstatePost reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
